Kiabi Egypt offers a hassle-free return policy allowing you to return or exchange your fashion items within 14 days of purchase, or 30 days for defective products, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Log in to your Kiabi account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Courier Collection

  Our delivery partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a pickup from your doorstep at your preferred time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or as a store credit within 7-10 working days.
